DATE/TIME: In partnership with the City of Elkhart, the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana (FHCCI) is hosting a Fair Lending Training on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the High Dive Pavilion in Elkhart, Indiana from 1:00-3:00 PM (Eastern).

AGENDA: This training will focus on sales and lending regulations under fair housing laws. Topics to be addressed include: an overview of fair housing protections, recent lending cases involving housing, common forms of fair lending discrimination, redlining, the dangers of rent-to-own housing transactions, and more!

WORKSHOP COST: There is no cost to attend this workshop; however, advance registration is required due to seating limitations.

PARKING: Parking is free.
