Indiana Based Human Rights/Relations Commissions or Laws
Indiana is home to several city human relations or human rights commissions. These commissions may have local ordinances equal to federal law (called substantially equivalent laws). They may also have their own complaint filing processes. The city ordinances they work under may also contain additional protected groups from federal law.
