FHCCI Land Contract Webinar
In this 60-minute virtual workshop, we will discuss land contracts in depth – what are they, what risks are associated with them, what trends do recent data suggest about their prevalence in Indianapolis and Indiana, some case law examples related to fair housing and other consumer protection laws, and how can people protect themselves from predatory products.
This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees.
