FHCCI Fair Housing Basics (virtual) Workshop
In this 2 hour virtual workshop, learn the basics of fair housing laws with a focus on rental transactions. This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees.
Topics to be discussed: Fair Housing Protected Classes, Major Regulations and Guidance, Case Law, and Best Practices.
Registration is free but required and limited. Only one registrant allowed per email address. DO NOT SHARE THE LOG IN INFO OR SHARE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH OTHERS OR USE IT TO REGISTER OTHER PEOPLE. To track attendance virtually, Zoom uses your email address. If you share it with others, attendance cannot be tracked and we will not be able to verify your participation. Certificates of Attendance will only be provided to those whose attendance can be verified.
