In this 2 hour virtual workshop, learn the basics of fair housing laws with a focus on rental transactions. This is an IN PERSON workshop being held at the City Council Chambers, 300 S Madison Ave, Greenwood, IN 46142 (Chamber Room).
Topics to be discussed: Fair Housing Protected Classes, Exemptions, Major Regulations, Case Law Examples, Introduction to Disability-specific Protections, and more.
IMPORTANT: Registration is free but required. Only one registrant allowed per email address.
Certificates of Attendance will only be provided to those who attend the entire training.
