FHCCI Fair Housing 90/Familial Status (virtual) Workshop
In this 90 minute virtual workshop, we will discuss fair housing laws as it relates to families with children in housing based transactions. This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees. Registration required and limited.
Anticipated topics to be discussed: defining familial status under fair housing laws, rules and policies, advertising, senior housing restrictions, other common forms of discrimination, and more! Focus will include rental and lending transactions.
