DATE/TIME: In partnership with the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), the FHCCI is hosting a Fair Housing Rental Basics Training on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Quality Inn & Suites (NEW LOCATION!) in Bedford, Indiana from 1:00-3:00 PM (Eastern).

AGENDA: Topics to be addressed include: Overview of fair housing laws (rental focus), Major fair housing regulations and guidance, Advertising requirements, and Disability specific regulations.

WORKSHOP COST: There is no cost to attend this workshop; however, advance registration is required due to seating limitations.

PARKING: Parking is free.
