Fair Housing 90/Tenant Screening Webinar
In this 90 minute virtual workshop, we will discuss fair housing laws as it relates to tenant screening practices in the rental housing market. This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees.
Anticipated topics to be discussed: barriers to housing for people with criminal records and evictions, common tenant screening practices, forms of discrimination, best practices, and more!

To track attendance virtually, Zoom uses your email address. If you share it with others, attendance cannot be tracked and we will not be able to verify your participation. You must have an account with Zoom (free to register) and it should be the same email address used to register for ease of tracking and log in. Certificates of Attendance will only be provided to those whose attendance can be verified.
