DATE/TIME: In partnership with the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana (FHCCI) is hosting a Fair Housing Rental Basics Training on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Jacob’s Village Apartments in Evansville, Indiana from 1:00-3:00 PM (Central)/2:00-4:00 PM (Eastern).

AGENDA: Topics to be addressed include: Overview of fair housing laws (rental focus), Major fair housing regulations and guidance, Advertising requirements, and Disability specific regulations.

WORKSHOP COST: There is no cost to attend this workshop; however, advance registration is required due to seating limitations.

PARKING: Parking is free.
