Fair Lending Training
Join the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana as we partner with the City of Mishawaka to offer a Fair Lending Training on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 in Mishawaka, IN. The training will be held at the City of Mishawaka Council Chambers.
At this training, attendees will learn how fair housing laws impact lending transactions. Discussion topics will include: an overview of fair housing protections, recent lending cases involving housing, common forms of fair lending discrimination, redlining, the dangers of rent-to-own housing transactions, and more!
