FHCCI Fair Housing 90/Fair Housing Rental Intermediate Training (Virtual)
In this 90-minute virtual workshop, we will discuss fair housing laws and go into greater depth on some common issues / challenges facing rental housing providers and housing consumers.
Anticipated topics to be discussed: quick review of fair housing basics with some case law examples, review rental housing process from application through tenancy and lease termination to highlight specific areas where discrimination can take place, religious-based protections, children-specific rules, harassment, and more! This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees.
