Evictions
Available data indicates that across Indiana, eviction filing is, on average, much higher than in other states or localities even after controlling for population. On this page are some resources for those who may be at risk of eviction, have had a previous eviction filing, or interested in learning more about the issue. If you experience a property which has a blanket ban on evictions regardless of when the filing occurred or the outcome, please contact the FHCCI.
