DATE/TIME: In partnership with the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), the FHCCI is hosting a Fair Housing Rental Basics Training on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the Portage Library in Portage, Indiana from 2:00-4:00 PM (Central).
AGENDA: Topics to be addressed include: Overview of fair housing laws (rental focus), Major fair housing regulations and guidance, Advertising requirements, and Disability specific regulations.
WORKSHOP COST: There is no cost to attend this workshop; however, advance registration is required due to seating limitations.
PARKING: Parking is free.
