FHCCI Fair Housing Disability (virtual) Workshop
In this 2 hour virtual workshop, learn about the disability specific regulations of fair housing laws (focus on rental transactions). This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees. Registration required and limited.
Topics to be discussed: common types of disability based housing discrimination, disability specific fair housing regulations and guidance, reasonable accommodations and modifications, and design and construction accessibility requirements.
