- Our America: Lowballed by Julian Glover and Mark Nichols. This award-winning documentary takes a deep dive into appraisal bias including referencing the work of the FHCCI.
- The New York Times: In 2018, a news story by The New York Times referenced an investigation by the FHCCI into rent-to-own transactions.
